Chelsea FC are set to sell Thibaut Courtois and are considering entering the race to sign Roma goalkeeper Alisson according to reports from Sky in Italy.

The club have decided to end negotiations with the Belgian and will be looking to sell him or let him leave for free next summer with just 1 year left on his current contract.

The goalkeeper is believed to have joined the list of first-team stars whose future at the club are shrouded in doubt. After the triumph in the FA Cup final, Courtois hinted on his future: “we’ll see what is going to happen after the World Cup”

Courtois has been a long-term target for Real Madrid, and PSG are also keen on the shot-stopper according to Guillem Balague. Meanwhile, Alisson had an impressive season at Roma and is also believed to be attracting interest from Liverpool and Real Madrid.
