Chelsea’s tribute to Eden Hazard

Eden Hazard has finalized his deal to Real Madrid and Chelsea has taken to their social media platforms to pay tribute to their leaving play maker.

Hazard has spent 7 years at Chelsea and his contract signing for Real Madrid yesterday has brought the years of glitter and glamour to an end.

The Belgium international signed for Chelsea in 2012 from Lille in the French Ligue 1, he won the 2014/15 and 2016/17 Premier League titles with Chelsea, an later claimed an individual award ‘EA SPORTS Player of the Season’ in his first trophy-winning season.

“The memories he leaves us with will not fade,”

Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia told the Chelsea.com.

“He provided all who watched Chelsea play with great entertainment and many match-winning contributions, and for that we thank Eden enormously.

“He has been a model professional throughout his time at the club, a wonderful individual to have around and a joy to work with. We look forward to welcoming him back to Stamford Bridge in the future.”

The 27-year-old possesses blistering pace and crazy dribbling/marauding ability, he’s arguably the most exciting footballer in EPL since C.Ronaldo left Manchester United.

Hazard was able to belt 54 assists to his name as he was not a selfish forward and he has also proven to be a prolific scorer scoring 85 goals in 245 appearances for the Chelsea.

The Belgian helped Chelsea finish third on the EPL table by scoring a whooping 16 goals and creating 15 assists which is the best for the just concluded season.

He played his last game for Chelsea in the Europa final in which the color were triumphant against Arsenal, he provided an assist and scored a brace to help Chelsea win the title.
