Iwobi – Hazard is Premier League’s LeBron James

  • Arsenal forward Alex Iwobi sing praises of Blues star-player.
  • All eyes on Hazard as Chelsea face Tottenham in a London derby at the bridge.

Arsenal forward Alex Iwobi has described Chelsea attacker and key man Eden Hazard as the LeBron James of the Premier League.

He made this known while speaking at the NBA2K19 Gaming Tournament. He lauded the Belgium international after he was asked which top-flight star reminded him the most of the Basketball legend.

The Nigeria international replied:

“I would say Hazard.”

“He’s dominating and has a had a very good season so far and he’s always a top performer.”

Eden Hazard is arguably the best performer in the Premier League this season, as he has been key to Chelsea’s current form and position in the Premier League.

The Belgian is the highest goal scorer for the Blues this season and is amongst the top scorers in the Premier League thus far.

His form appears to have dropped recently, as he hasn’t scored in a few games.

However, he’ll take center stage this weekend when Chelsea travel to Wembley to face Tottenham Hotspur in a make or mar game for their unbeaten run and pursuit of league leaders, Manchester City.

Hazard will be hoping that he can get his scoring boots on to ensure that the Blues move on quickly from the last Premier League matchday goalless draw against Everton at Stamford Bridge by garnering all 3 points.

This is definitely a big ask in this derby that will be hotly contested as Tottenham Hotspur are just 1 point behind the Blues.

Other news from Savechelsea.net reports also suggest the Belgian is linked with a move to the Bernabeu. with Chelsea coach saying Hazard will decide if he wants to stay or leave concerning his future at the bridge.

It’s no surprise that Realmadrid have shown intrest in the Belgian international especially with the departure of Ronaldo this past summer. Hazards contract ends in 2020 though the forward says he is happy playing for Chelsea but has refused to pen down a new contract, to avoid the star going on a free-transfer chelsea will likely oblige Los Blancos if it drags on.
