According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Jeremy Boga is the subject of a loan interest from Serie A club Sassuolo. This is coming, although the player recently stated that he was done with going out on loan deals after three years which saw him move on loan to Rennes, Granada and Birmingham City.
Boga made his first appearance for Chelsea in the third season he was sent out on loan. He started the game but was subbed off 18 minutes later after Gary Cahill was given a red card. He was replaced by Christensen in the game, and the Danish defender got the first of his 40 appearances for Chelsea. However, Boga was made to follow the loan train at Stamford Bridge.
On his return, the young attacker appeared to demand a regular place in the Chelsea lineup and noted that the club should be ready to lose him if his demands were not met. It is believed that Boga may follow the paths of Nathan Ake and nd Nathaniel Chalobah, and leave the club although it’s likely that any deal that sees him leave Stamford Bridge will have buyback clause inserted.
Jeremy Boga is currently 21, and is approaching a decade at Stamford Bridge. The youngster has displayed his attacking talent in the Chelsea youth setup, but it is left to see if he’ll get a place at Chelsea. Therefore, a move away from the club might suit him to avoid his talent going to waste with fruitless loan deals.
